 OVERVIEW

The Imperial Council of the Ahura Grand Orient, Inc., [Imperial Supreme Council] is registered under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501(c) (8), a fraternal beneficiary society, order, and association holding charters as stated therein:

incorporated and organized for fraternal purposes with membership having common ties and pursuit of common objectives to provide substantial fraternal activities and community services.

We operate under the lodge system for exclusive benefit of its membership, with a minimum, two active entities: (i) a parent organization; and (ii) a subordinate (called a lodge, branch, or the like) chartered by the parent and self-governing.

Provide for the payment of life or other benefits to the members of such society, order, or association or their dependents. Provide benefits to some, but not all, of its members may qualify for exemption so long as most of the members are eligible for benefits, and criteria for excluding certain members are reasonable.”

The incorporation Nine registered members, forms the Executive Board of the Imperial Council of the Ahura Grand Orient, Inc. (Imperial Council). Their duties and responsibilities being exclusively invested with administrative authority and management oversight of its incorporated purposes.

Our incorporated purposes for charitable, educational and scientific-related, and the advancement of Religion are planned, accomplished and reported in accordance with Internal Revenue Service specific guidance under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

Where our Lodges and Chapters may not process the required core capabilities to administer our incorporated service purposes, we seek integration and collaboration opportunities through partnering opportunities to affect change and add value to our community resident's quality of life.
